Dear Parents and Children:
My staff and I are getting ready to welcome you to our new school this Saturday night -are you ready?
We have planned plenty of fun games and family projects for everyone. Please do the following to help ensure the success of the event:
1. Please let me know by phone or email how many of you are coming;
2. Please bring a few (5 to 10) family photos to the event. These may include photos with the whole family, the extended family, family pets, various combinations of family members, etc. You will need them for our family projects.
3. Please bring a few (3 to 5) individual photos of your child. These are for our kids projects (to be used and displayed in the classroom only).
4. Please bring some snacks to share with everyone. You may bring fruit, cake, cookies, crackers, or water. As an alternative, you may help prepare plates, cups and napkins. Please let me know your plan in your response email.
